The Kokanee Beer Gear Store welcomes Canada, USA, and the International Community to shop with us.
The breakdown for shipping charges is shown below. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. If you wish to have your order sent express, or if you are ordering from outside mainland North America, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Additional Information
United Parcel Service is our usual shipping carrier, and charges will apply according to the destination of your order. UPS deliveries must be signed for, and the Kokanee Beer Gear Store will not be responsible for unsigned deliveries.
Delivery time to a Canadian city is faster than delivery time to a small town.
Residents of Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska & Hawaii are only offered Express Shipping by UPS, but can have their parcels sent Canada Post. Please contact us at 1.250.428.1238 or beer.gear@columbiabrewery.ca for an accurate shipping quote.

P.O. Boxes
UPS requires a house number and street address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Canada Post delivers to box numbers, but we will require your Credit Card Verification number to complete your order. Please contact us with your credit card verification number for Canada Post Deliveries.
Handling Fees
The Kokanee Beer Gear Store charges a $4.00 handling fee for all orders sent Canada Post.
Delivery Surcharges
If your shipping charges are more than the online shipping quote, a Customer Service Representative will contact you before the order is processed. We will not bill
your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs. You may also cancel your order without penalty.
Incomplete & Incorrect Addresses
Customers who provide us with incomplete or incorrect addresses will be charged a correction fee. If this sort of delivery becomes undeliverable, a refund may be given on the product, but all shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
Undeliverable Deliveries
After 3 delivery attempts, UPS holds a package for 5 business days at a UPS facility. If, after those 5 days, a pickup has not been made, UPS will send the order back to the Kokanee Beer Gear Store. A refund may be given on the product, but shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. If you know you will be away while your package is to be delivered, please contact us for your tracking number, so you can make arrangements for pickup at your local UPS facility.
Tracking Orders
Once you have placed an order, we will have an order tracking number on file. You are welcome to contact us at beer.gear@columbiabrewery.ca so we can help you track your order. Please note that:
The Kokanee Beer Gear Store hours are 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
We will do our best to process your order ASAP, but sometimes Orders will take up to 48 hours to be processed.
Orders are shipped out by 11:30am Monday - Friday.
We only accept Mastercard or Visa for payment of your merchandise or shipping. Credit card authorization must be validated prior to order processing.
Customs /Brokerage Charges
Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered. US Customers: A US Customs Merchandise Processing Fee is assessed on all formal entries. A formal entry is required for all textile shipments. The fee is assessed at .21% of the value for duty or 25 USD, whichever is greater.
A NAFTA can be filed by US citizens on an annual basis.
Returns
The Kokanee Beer Gear Store must be contacted within 30 days of delivery, if you would like to return your merchandise for a full refund. With the exception of shipping errors, the Kokanee Beer Gear Store does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with free shipping, returned items will be charged the shipping charges incurred by the Kokanee Beer Gear Store.
To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
